There are certain prints that just belong to spring—and gingham is at the top of that list. It’s classic, it’s crisp, and every year it comes back around… but this time, I wanted to wear it in a way that felt a little less picnic blanket and a little more polished. Because gingham? She’s evolved.
Spring in DC is when I fully lean into color, prints, and pieces that feel a little extra joyful—and this outfit is exactly that. There’s something about the season that makes mixing patterns feel less intimidating and more… necessary.
Because if you can’t wear florals and stripes in the spring, then when can you?
There are a few moments in DC that just hit every single year… and wisteria season is absolutely one of them. The soft lilac draping over historic walls, the way the light filters through those cascading blooms—it’s giving romance, it’s giving main character, it’s giving drop everything and get dressed up immediately.
There’s just something about spring in DC… and wisteria season might be my favorite of them all.

There’s something about spring in Washington, DC that never gets old—especially when the city turns every shade of pink. While the Tidal Basin gets most of the attention, I’m always on the hunt for hidden gems to photograph, and this one might be my new favorite.
Las Vegas has always been on my travel bucket list, but when it came to planning my very first trip to Sin City, I knew I wanted a different kind of experience—one that balanced the energy of the Strip with a serene, luxurious retreat. That’s why I was especially excited to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas for my first trip to Vegas.
Unlike most hotels in Las Vegas, the Four Seasons is non-smoking and has no casino inside the property. For me, that was a game-changer. As someone who doesn’t gamble and is asthmatic, I was searching for a space that offered all the comforts of a luxury resort without the overwhelming haze and noise. Add to that the fact that I was traveling with my mom for her birthday weekend—I knew she would appreciate the calmer, more refined environment too.
