There’s something about spring in Washington, DC that never gets old—especially when the city turns every shade of pink. While the Tidal Basin gets most of the attention, I’m always on the hunt for hidden gems to photograph, and this one might be my new favorite.
Las Vegas has always been on my travel bucket list, but when it came to planning my very first trip to Sin City, I knew I wanted a different kind of experience—one that balanced the energy of the Strip with a serene, luxurious retreat. That’s why I was especially excited to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas for my first trip to Vegas.
Unlike most hotels in Las Vegas, the Four Seasons is non-smoking and has no casino inside the property. For me, that was a game-changer. As someone who doesn’t gamble and is asthmatic, I was searching for a space that offered all the comforts of a luxury resort without the overwhelming haze and noise. Add to that the fact that I was traveling with my mom for her birthday weekend—I knew she would appreciate the calmer, more refined environment too.
